*How do you know if you are Cool, Neutral or Warm toned? Look at the veins on the underside of your wrist or the back of your hand. Are they blue? Do you have a pink undertone? Then you need COOL. Are they green? Do you have a yellow undertone? Then you need WARM. Are you in between or can't decide? Choose NEUTRAL.
